windows CE not in fullscreen

Hi,

I wanted to know if it would be possible to use SDL on windows mobile
device in a normal window (not in fulsscreen)
as it seems to be the case when I tried.

Yes, with the windib backend.

I tried very quckly and maybe I forgot to call something because I got a
"floating" window
but on windows mobile (windows CE + specific API and UI) windows are always
maximized
and almost never floating (except for messagebox).

Dear Vincent and SDL experts,

I just run into similar problem. I always get a border-less window on WM
6.5, no matter what flags I use. I even tried some Window specific APIs, but
they don't help either.

Any workaround for this?
